The Woodlands, Texas – Maeve Gray Salon is proud to announce its grand opening in April 2018, the fourteenth anniversary of their graduation from the Aveda Institute in Denver, Colorado. The full-service natural beauty salon will offer all-natural products in a boho/earthy chic atmosphere that provides an escape from the busyness of everyday life.
Twin sisters Amy Laveau and Ashly Weber are third-generation stylists who dreamed of opening their own salon since they were little girls. Both are color specialists, certified in Brazilian blowouts and experts at hair extensions.
The term “Maeve Gray”—Gaelic for “she who is intoxicating” or “warrior queen”—represents the sisters’ commitment to helping clients look and feel their best. The self-described best friends are also both moms to young children who compliment each others’ work ethics and values and happily support each others’ clients.
“The team at Maeve Gray Salon invests a lot of time in continuing our education to stay current in the latest techniques and trends,” said Ashly Weber, co-owner and senior stylist at Maeve Gray Salon. “We take pride in our work, and we care about each client as a person. We want each one to leave completely happy with their hair and come back to see us again.”
“When you walk in the door at Maeve Gray Salon, we’re going to make sure you sit down for a foot soak and get something to drink,” said Amy Laveau, co-owner and senior stylist at Maeve Gray Salon. “My sister and I want to get to know you and make sure you relax during your visit with us.”
All products, from the Kevin Murphy and Texas-based Verb lines, are vegan, cruelty-free, gluten free, PPD free, sulfate free and sodium chloride free, allowing clients to naturally enhance their own beauty.
Maeve Gray Salon will also host Lettie & Gray Boutique, a family-owned shop offering clothes, jewelry, shoes, handbags and accessories. Maeve Gray Salon will be located at 3335 College Park Drive, Suite 700, The Woodlands, Texas 77384.
Each month, Maeve Gray Salon plans to donate a percentage of product sales to a charity and a local family aligned with causes significant to the co-owners and others associated with the salon.
