HOUSTON (August 13, 2015) – Luxury custom homebuilder, On Point Custom Homes, has been named to the Inc. 5000 list, ranking 1,100 nationally, 47 in Texas and 24 in Houston, with a three-year sales growth of 393%. The 34th annual Inc. 5000 list honors the fastest-growing private companies in the nation. The official announcement came from Inc. Magazine on August 12, on the heels of On Point Custom Homes winning three Star Awards from the Texas Association of Builders on July 30. The Star Awards are given annually in conjunction with the Sunbelt Builders Show to recognize excellence in all areas of the Texas home building industry.
“We are honored by these awards as they recognize the rapid growth of the company and the level of commitment we put into every project and home that we build,” CEO of On Point Custom Homes, John Leggett said. “These recognitions are a true testament to the incredible work that our entire team puts forth every day.”
On Point Custom Homes’ 393% three-year sales growth percentage is based upon the company’s growth in revenue from $3.7 million in 2011 to $18.3 million in 2014. Leggett attributes the company’s rapid growth to the expansion of his team and the development of a new in-house architectural design-build staff throughout the past three years.
On Point Custom Homes received the Star Award honors for Best Architectural Design, Best Bathroom Renovation and Best Outdoor Living Space. On Point Custom Homes’ took home the best architectural design award for a single-family home located at 922 Knox Street that features an elegant modern style with clean white walls and sleek design lines throughout the home. The award-winning master bathroom renovation at 3022 Sunset Blvd features his and her vanities, a freestanding bathtub and flat-front cabinets for spacious storage. Lastly, the outdoor living space at 6243 Chevy Chase Dr is complete with a beautiful built-in fireplace, outdoor cooking area and custom pool. On Point Custom Homes’ in-house architectural design and build team was responsible for both the design and execution of all of three winning projects.
