We are a Federally Funded Health Care Facility. We work with uninsured, under insured as well as insurance patients. We accept all Major insurances including Medicare/Medicaid. We also work with low income patient on a sliding scale. We are a Family Practice clinic and offer Behavioral health services as well as psychiatry. In Livingston we offer Family Practice as well as Pediatrics.
We offer extended hours and open 1 Saturday a month.
